We've been three times, each and everytime has been great. Unfortunately our last few days were spoilt by an extremely noisy family with what sounded like four children. We've never been placed next door to such noise previously.  I will not be coming here again due to the hotel dedicated more to families with children adult only all the way next time!

Never again

Really nice hotel with beautiful garden ambiance! Particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, good buffet food, great evening shows, warm heated pool, game room for kids, fresh juice in the morning, and many more! Nature friendly hotel and loved watching the trained eagles do their work on a couple of mornings. Will visit again!!

Nice family friendly hotel

My partner and I booked this hotel as I had visited about 5 years prior with my family and I had very fond memories of the place and remembered how relaxing we found it. We are both in our mid 20s and didn't look too much into whether this hotel would be good for couples (our mistake!). I think if you're a family with very young children this hotel is great as there is lots of activities for them (95% people here were families with babies or very young children) but if you're a couple I think you will feel a bit out of place.

Positives:
- very clean hotel and not massive so not too busy.
- room is big and comes with a kitchenette and a balcony/terrace area
-food has a decent selection, we did breakfast only so cannot comment on all inclusive option but the food at breakfast was hot and being replenished quickly.
-a little bit out of the way but a lovely walk down into the town and to the beach
-we went in feb and one of the pools was heated, pool area really nice and plenty of space.
-sunbeds good and some nice big beds with cushions to lay on which were super comfy
-a handy shop on site although a bit expensive, had all the essentials you might need
-huge supermarket about a 30 min walk which has everything you could possibly need
-surrounded by a beautiful golf course

negatives:
-as i said before, mostly families with young kids so hard to relax. Lots of screaming and crying children/babies
-can be very noisy depending where your room is, we got a bit unlucky as ours was right in front of the pool area so lots of people talking loudly as they walked past at all hours of the morning/night and the kids activities happened right outside our door
-no extras in the room like tea or coffee
-room was very dark with little natural light and the lights are very dim. on our last day there was a power cut and we had to use our phone torches as the bathroom was pitch black
-restaurant was very crowded and lots of kids running around/running into you. we wished there was more tables outside as it would be nice to eat breakfast in the sun
-very thin walls. again we got very unlucky that we had a lads holiday next door to us who were shouting/playing music/dragging furniture around til 2am. This could happen anywhere though and isn't the hotel's fault. They probably would have moved us if we asked.
-on one occasion the cleaner ignored our do not disturb sign when we popped out for a swim so we came back and had to wait outside for 10 minutes soaking wet until they left so we could shower.
-staff were okay, receptions guys very friendly but restaurant and cleaners not as friendly.
-terrace area wall about hip height so could easily see neighbours if they were out which was a bit awkward

overall this hotel is nice but we probably wouldn't return as we are not the target audience, I think you would enjoy it here if you are a family with young kids as lots of other kids and activities for them to do. Wouldn't recommend for couples unless you really don't mind kids and noise!

Not as good as I remember, great for families but not for couples

Lovely hotel, we travelled with teenagers but it would be perfect for younger families as it's quite small compared to many resorts.  The staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive and we had a very chilled few days here. Food was good although I think if we stayed longer than 4 days it would get a bit repetitive but that's the nature of all inclusive buffets so not really a reflection on the hotel.  Beer, sangria and soft drinks available on tap but table service if you sat in the bar area which is spacious with a really nicely ambiance. We had a two bed villa with our own pool (which we didn't actually use - it's quite small and  only accessible from the downstairs bedroom). The villa itself was really spacious and well equipped. We had a lovely break here and would recommend for a laid back break.

Chilled hotel, lovely staff, beautiful setting, nice rooms.

Practicing Yoga Kids  and Stretching together as a family felt magical  such a unique way to bond while staying active
The kids yoga sessions were a highlight for our children, and the family friendly atmosphere made everyone feel welcome
